Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and compassionate communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and medications as ordered.
• Complete and update admission/ongoing assessments.
• Contribute to individualized care plans and supervise CNAs.
• Maintain resident safety with fall-prevention and skin-integrity initiatives.
• Escalate changes in condition promptly.
