Qualifications

• Active Mississippi LPN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and compassionate communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and medications as ordered.
• Complete and update admission/ongoing assessments.
• Contribute to individualized care plans.
• Supervise/support CNAs and input to evaluations.
• Monitor fall-prevention and skin-integrity initiatives; escalate changes.
