Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Licensed Practical Nurse. The LPN will deliver patient-centered care in an acute care setting under RN supervision and physician orders.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, monitoring labs, and ensuring confidentiality, with potential to float to other units and participate in on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Oklahoma or a multistate compact
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Other service-line certifications as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using nursing process under supervision of RN and physician order
• Contribute to assessment and care planning
• Monitor lab results and patient status; report changes to physician
• Promote wellness and patient education; ensure confidentiality
• May float to other units or participate in on-call status
