Ardent Health Services seeks a day shift, full-time Medical Surgical Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Henryetta, OK. The LPN provides care under supervision of an RN or LIP and participates in developing and implementing the plan of care to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active OK LPN license, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in the State of Oklahoma.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective and high quality patient care.
• Adhere to and abide by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act regulations.
• Assist in delivering safe, compassionate patient care on a day-to-day basis.
