Job summary

Centurion Health in Baldwin State Prison is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the day shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM). You will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and clinical supervision in a secure, structured environment.

Responsibilities include following safety, infection control, monitoring patient conditions, and timely documentation; collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in behavioral health, correctional, or ER settings.
• LPN license active in Georgia; CPR/BLS certified.
• Must obtain security clearance via the GADOC (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care following safety, security, and infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams; maintain accurate clinical documentation.
