Lifepoint Health is seeking an LPN for a full-time daytime role. The LPN provides direct patient care under RN supervision, administers medications, assists with assessments, and supports interdisciplinary care planning across the patient unit.

The ideal candidate has an LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and prefers IV certification within six months. Minimum six months Med/Surg experience is preferred in an acute care setting.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current state licensure as LPN for practice.
• CPR/BLS certification; IV certification preferred or within 6 months.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Assist in initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Support rehabilitation nursing interventions and care planning.
• Contribute to quality improvement assessments under RN oversight.
• Educate patients and families; update care plans as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and minimize medical errors.
