Qualifications

• Oklahoma State LPN License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a RN or licensed practitioner.
• Deliver care appropriate to the patient age group served on the unit.
• Contribute to the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
