Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Surgical Services team. You will provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse and participate in developing and implementing patient care plans.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Oklahoma LPN license, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and obtain BLS within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN Oklahoma license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practitioner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the patient life span.
• Participate in development, modification and implementation of the plan of care.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
