Job summary

Qualifications

GED or High School Diploma.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Vocational/Technical.
Current LPN license (upon hire).
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
Demonstrate knowledge to provide care appropriate to the age of patients on the assigned unit.
Participate in development, modification and implementation of the plan of care per HHS standards to deliver high quality patient care.
Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
