Job summary

Solero Behavioral Transitions in Pickerington, Ohio seeks an LPN for the day shift (7am–7:30pm, 3x12s) with weekend rotation. The role involves nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support residents with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Strong candidates hold an active Ohio LPN license, hospital or behavioral health experience is preferred, and proficiency with EMR systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Behavioral health/nursing experience is a plus.
• EMR systems and electronic clinical documentation proficiency.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented.
• High attention to detail and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care for individuals in behavioral health/residential treatment.
• Administer medications and document accurately.
• Perform nursing assessments and vital signs.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate concerns to the clinical team.
• Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Document in EMR and support admissions/transfers/discharges.
• Educate patients about medications and ongoing care.
