Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the day shift at Dodge State Prison in Chester, GA. The role focuses on delivering holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical/psychiatric staff, with a structured clinical environment and stable daytime hours.

You will work Tue-Fri, 6:30 AM–6:00 PM, 40 hours weekly, with occasional weekend rotation and a weekend differential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in behavioral health, correctional, or ER.
• Active LPN license in GA or compact.
• CPR or BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
