Job summary

Keystone Treatment Center in Canton, South Dakota, seeks a full-time LPN to join day shifts offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a 1-year commitment. Schedule includes days 6:30am–7:00pm with every third weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• One or more years' nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide care per the nursing plan.
• Ensure patient safety and respond to concerns promptly.
• Administer medications as ordered and document responses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with the care team.
