Job summary

Keystone Treatment Center in Canton, South Dakota, part of Acadia Healthcare, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time evening shifts. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a 1-year commitment.

Pay range is $24-$36 per hour, with evening hours and every third weekend rotation. As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with state regulations, monitor patients, document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• One or more years' nursing experience within the clinical area provided by the facility preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN/LVN scope of practice.
• Provide safe delivery of medications per orders and policies.
• Document patient symptoms, progress, and responses thoroughly.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team to support patient safety and care goals.
• Collaborate with nurses and doctors to address patient needs and concerns.
