Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, Missouri, is hiring full-time Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Required: MO LPN license in good standing and BLS/CPR; prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Missouri LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively on an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions within your scope of practice
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician
• Perform nursing assessments and assist with developing and updating individualized care plans
• Accurately document resident care in the EMR
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Supervise and support CNAs
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
