Job summary
Randstad USA in Hauppauge, NY, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Clerk for the first shift (8 AM–4 PM). Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against packing slips and POs; preparing and shipping outgoing orders; maintaining ERP-based inventory records; and operating forklift equipment.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in shipping/receiving.
- Entry level candidates considered.
- High School diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders per requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality departments to ensure timely material flow.
- Maintain organized, safe shipping/receiving area.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and aerospace quality standards.
