Job summary

Premier-Systems is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm–12am) in Hauppauge, NY. The role performs shipping, receiving, storage and order fulfillment tasks to support efficient operations.

You will assist with wrapping/boxing, use handheld RF scanners and ERP/WMS systems, and maintain inventory accuracy while following ISO and safety standards. Minimum one year of experience preferred; high school diploma or GED is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in warehouse or shipping roles.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and ERP/WMS systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments.
• Assist in wrapping/boxing and packing as needed.
• Process ERP transactions for shipments and updates in WMS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in damage/return processes.
• Follow ISO requirements and safety protocols.
