Highland Park is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as aCharge Nurse. You will oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing unit and provide exceptional care to our residents.

This full-time day-shift position offers competitive pay of $29.21-$35/hour and eligibility for up to $40,000 in CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes repayment/stipend, with a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, PTO and holiday pay.

• Current LPN licensure in the State of New York

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsabilidades

• Identify, manage, and treat specific skin conditions, such as pressure injuries; diabetic, venous, or arterial ulcers; and traumatic or complicated wounds
• Provide wound care on assigned residents, in accordance with physician orders, following manufacturer recommendations and appropriate techniques
• Complete a thorough and accurate wound assessment upon notification of wound, and follow-up assessments weekly and as needed
