Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate LPN for a day-shift private duty role providing 1:1 pediatric home care. You’ll enjoy a stable schedule, a meaningful impact, and travel to client homes near you.

We offer paid training from day one, competitive hourly pay of $30–$35, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with diploma or degree.
• Current LPN license in New Jersey in good standing.
• Minimum five months of LPN experience in home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a single client home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders and document properly in the charting system.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions on a 1:1 basis.
• Provide hands‑on care and build relationships with the client.

• Offers traditional shift types (8's, 10's, or 12's)

Qualifications for a private duty [LPN]:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• A minimum of five months of LPN experience

Compensation & Schedule:

• $30.00-$36.00/Hour
• $35.00-$40.00/Hour Ongoing Weekends
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
