Job summary

Sycamore Heights, managed by ClearView, seeks an LPN to join our on-site team and provide bedside care in a warm, family-oriented atmosphere. You will record vital signs, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure quality care.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, accurate charting, and strong teamwork. We offer daily pay, tuition reimbursement, quarterly raises, Caribbean trip incentives, and a $50 TARC pass for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state.
• At least one year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance.
• Record the patients’ vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate).
• Collect patient’s health information.
• Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians.
• Give oral medications and injections to patients.
• Test a patient’s blood sugar levels.
• Urinary catheter insertion and care.
• Wound care and dressing change.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene.
• Monitor for changes in patients.
• Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patients’ medical records.
• Asks questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse.
