Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate in Madison, WI to perform duties in an industrial laundry facility. You'll handle merchandise, stage it correctly on the ironer, and help maintain quality control and safety throughout the shift.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to work as part of a team on a 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Wage is $17.37 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must understand training, written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Good verbal and/or written communication.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule.
• Shift-based schedule; weekends possible.
• Overtime required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stage and feed merchandise on ironer to reduce wrinkling.
• Receive and fold merchandise from ironer.
• Identify and segregate merchandise not meeting quality standards.
• Verify quantity and bundles by type; place in storage carts.
• Maneuver full and empty carts.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
