Job summary

Eagle Crest Rapid Recovery is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living environments for residents. The role involves sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing laundry, while adhering to safety and sanitation standards and facility policies.

You will work under the supervision of Housekeeping and Administration, handle heavy items, follow MSDS guidelines, and participate in ongoing training to support resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and MSDS guidelines.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Code of Conduct and facility policies and regulations.
• File complaints with supervisor and follow fire safety policies.
• Wear safety equipment when lifting heavy objects (over 30 pounds).
• Prepare and maintain laundry/linen supplies to meet daily resident needs.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute clean laundry to residents daily.
• Transport laundry equipment and supplies; push carts that may weigh over 30 pounds.
• Clean floors and maintain clean laundry areas.
• Dispose of waste according to sanitation procedures.
• Ensure residents' rights and privacy are respected.
