Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana (GCSI) is hiring a full-time janitor for a federal building in Indianapolis, under the AbilityOne program. The role focuses on cleaning offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a safe, healthy environment.

The position involves operating basic cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and supporting event setups as needed. Work days are Monday through Friday with daytime hours, and prior janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

• No degree or credential required.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and polishes fixtures, surfaces, and furnishings.
• Disinfects restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
• Transports trash to disposal area and maintains clean floors.
• Restocks bathroom supplies and ensures cleanliness throughout the building.
• Sets up tables/chairs for events and meetings.
• Operates basic floor care equipment and cleans carpets/rugs as needed.
