Job summary

MBI Direct Mail + Digital, Inc. is seeking an Inventory/Materials Handler to manage daily receiving, storage, and distribution of materials for our production operation. You will maintain accurate records, process transactions, and ensure supplies are available for production teams.

This role requires self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail, with collaboration across production, purchasing, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and support efficient material flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficiency with data entry and inventory records.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips.
• Count, weigh, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Process inventory transactions for received, issued, transferred, and distributed stock.
• Create purchase orders and order routine materials for daily production operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to support production needs.
• Organize and label inventory in designated warehouse areas for easy access.
• Distribute materials to production departments as needed.
• Perform routine cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
