Baptist Health (Jacksonville) is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for the Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This Full-time Days role works 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential weekends, located in Jacksonville, FL.

The ideal candidate will have warehousing, customer service, and leadership experience and be comfortable using Microsoft Excel. A High School Diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years Operating Room Materials Management experience preferred.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day Materials Management operations and Supply Chain Management in support of Surgical Services.
• Procure supplies, equipment, and services for Surgical Services using electronic methods.
• Warehousing of supplies.
• Foster excellent customer service by meeting daily needs and expediting orders for on-time delivery.
• Perform scale audits, sample counting, and expiration management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
