The position requires leadership, staffing, budgeting oversight, and adherence to accreditation and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prep and sterile experience
• 3-5 years of healthcare management experience
• High school diploma required; CRCST or CSPDT certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all processes to support the needs of numerous customers, including instrumentation activities
• Ensuring policies and procedures comply with accrediting, recommending, and regulatory agencies
• Participating in hiring, counseling, and performance reviews of staff
• Monitoring and participating in budget processes, including expense activity, revenue, and data interpretation
• Working in staff role if the situation requires
• Holding a CRCST or CSPDT certification currently
