Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with injection molding processes, machines and tools.
• 1+ years of supervisor or team lead experience.
• Ability to read and write English; follow verbal/written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations on your assigned shift.
• Ensure efficient use of resources (personnel, machines, materials).
• Enforce policies and conduct performance appraisals.
• Train shift employees and champion safety; direct 5S housekeeping.
