Job summary

Tolmar is seeking an Injectable Technician I for our Fort Collins manufacturing team. This role focuses on supporting the production of injectable products within a controlled clean room, ensuring quality and adherence to SOPs.

The position requires basic PPE gowning, ability to work on a fast-paced line, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Compensation includes an hourly pay rate and quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Acceptable results on basic skill assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform in a clean room environment requiring gowning in each area.
• Assist setup and operation labeling equipment for pre-filled syringes/vials.
• Assist in setup and operation of semi-automatic packaging equipment.
• Perform in-process sampling, testing and inspection on the packaging line.
• Assist with cleaning and environmental monitoring of process rooms.
• Perform needle cleaning process setup/execution/cleanup.
• Ensure product quality adheres to specifications.
• Follow SOPs and production records with 'Right the First Time' mindset.
• Participate in hazardous waste training and related procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
