Job summary
Atlas Molded Products in Washington, IA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair manufacturing equipment on the day shift. The role requires troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with equipment installation as needed.
You will read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints, document work in the CMMS, and work with safety-conscious teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
- Proficient with multimeters and meggers for testing.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Experience using CMMS for recording maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all equipment is operating properly.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and identify root causes.
- Rebuild or reseal components as needed for functionality.
- Perform repairs to equipment, building, and grounds.
- Conduct Preventative Maintenance on all equipment.
- Assist with installation of new equipment as needed.
- Enter maintenance documentation into the CMMS accurately.
