Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our Mesquite, TX plant. You’ll combine the roles of electrician, plumber, carpenter, and inventory manager to maintain diverse equipment and keep our pallet operations running at peak efficiency.

This 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) pays $35.00 per hour and includes holiday pay, daily pay options, time off, benefits, and a 401(k). You’ll work in a safety‑conscious team that values reliability and hands‑on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience handling Production Automation Equipment.
• Experience with basic plumbing, basic electrical wiring, and basic carpentry.
• Low Voltage Electrical experience required.
• Attention to detail to ensure all jobs and tasks are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wiring, make repairs, and troubleshoot all plant equipment as necessary
• Respond urgently to all maintenance needs to ensure plant operations run smoothly
• Completely learn existing and new equipment within the plant
• Other projects as necessary
