48forty Solutions LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in San Antonio, TX to maintain and repair plant equipment across multiple crafts. This role is essential to keeping the pallet manufacturing operation efficient.

Shift is 1st: Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm with hourly pay of $24.00-$25.00. Benefits include holiday pay, daily pay options, 401(k), and comprehensive health coverage for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience handling Production Automation Equipment.
• Experience with basic plumbing, basic electrical wiring, and basic carpentry.
• Low voltage electrical experience required.
• Attention to detail to ensure safe, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wiring, make repairs, and troubleshoot all plant equipment as necessary.
• Respond urgently to maintenance needs to keep plant operations running smoothly.
• Completely learn existing and new equipment within the plant.
• Handle other projects as necessary.

Overview

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll get to combine the roles of an electrician, carpenter, plumber, and inventory manager all into one! We’re looking for the handy and multi-interested employee to be able to manage and maintain multiple types of equipment within our wood pallet manufacturing plant. This role is vital to keeping our operation running at the highest efficiency!

Hourly Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00/hr

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am -2:30pm

What You'll Do

• Inspect wiring, make repairs, and troubleshoot all plant equipment as necessary

• Respond urgently to all maintenance needs to ensure plant operations run smoothly

• Completely learn existing and new equipment within the plant

• Other projects as necessary

What You'll Need

• 3 years of experience handling Production Automation Equipment
