Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Sciences degree preferred; ADN or nursing diploma accepted.
• Current California Nursing license.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; CPI Blue Card within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused nursing assessments and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide age-appropriate care and participate in discharge planning.
• Document in IPOC and communicate changes to the physician team.
• Collaborate with care managers and interdisciplinary team on care.
• Maintain safety, infection control and regulatory compliance.
