Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares salads, sandwiches, fruit cups and other outtake food items for retail sale, following recipes and portioning standards.
• Delivers meals to patients and transports food carts safely throughout the facility.
• Cleans stoves, kettles, ovens and dining areas; washes dishes and pots by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Assists with inventory and maintains clean, organized storage areas.
• Sets up cafeteria lines, serves food in tray lines, and assists with catering events.
