Job summary

You will work days, supervise partners, participate in new product evaluations, and coordinate with HR on hiring.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Three to five years of cleaning experience preferred.
• CHEST/CHESP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises scheduling and assignment of duties to ensure adequate staffing for the department.
• Manages payroll, inventory, and supplies; conducts performance coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop partners; conduct routine partner meetings and coaching sessions.
• Oversees safety compliance and quality audits across EVS operations.
