Job summary

Qualifications

• Responsible for hot food preparation, including accompaniments and garnishes; follows recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality; plans menus for events per client requests.
• Carves meat and serves or oversees serving to tray lines and cafeteria; uses appropriate kitchen equipment.
