Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Hopewell, NJ is seeking compassionate caregivers for a day shift (8:00 AM–2:00 PM) with weekend work. You will provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders in clients’ homes, while maintaining clear communication with families and care teams.

Qualifications

CHHA certification required in New Jersey.
Experience providing non-medical in-home care is preferred.
Reliable, compassionate and patient with clients of all ages.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and social engagement for clients.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Establish professional communication with clients, families, and care coordinators.
Be punctual and consistently cover assigned shifts.
