Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Piscataway is seeking a compassionate Certified Live-In Home Health Aide for morning/day shifts. You will deliver person-centered home care to clients, focusing on support, safety, and dignity in the comfort of their homes.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, maintain punctual schedules, and receive ongoing training, direct deposit, and paid orientation as part of our supportive program.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the caregiving field
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Certification in Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
