Advocate Health is seeking a Security Officer to provide professional, compassionate security services across the facility. You will uphold patient and visitor safety with de-escalation, collaboration with medical staff, and adherence to policies.

The role involves vigilant patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with law enforcement. You must pass background checks and maintain training in restraints, CEWs, and safety protocols.

• Inspect for vulnerabilities and hazards during patrols.

• De-escalate situations; use force when necessary (CEW, handcuffs).
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders.
• Maintain training standards and equipment.
• Assist with traffic and crowd control on site.
• Document incidents with timely, accurate reports.
