Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a Front-End Loader Operator to safely load haul trucks, feed plant operations, and move sand and gravel at our Arkansas site.

You will perform pre-shift inspections, monitor material quality, and maintain stockpiles while minimizing spills and losses. Starting pay is $25.79 per hour DOE with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company contributions, medical/dental/vision, HSA/HRA, FSA, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely and effectively operate heavy mobile equipment, particularly front-end loaders.
• Strong safety awareness with the ability to recognize hazards and follow established safety procedures.
• Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical or maintenance concerns.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load haul trucks and move materials.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain stockpiles, haul roads, and work zones to support safe operations.
