Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare orders, and manage palletized goods using RF devices. The role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and adherence to safety regulations.

The position runs Monday through Friday, with work at our North Highlands, CA location. Pre-employment screening is required; benefits include health and 401(k) among others.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean and uphold safety practices; wear PPE.
