Job summary

CL&D Graphics is seeking a Forklift Operator/Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Rock Hill, South Carolina. You will move materials and finished goods safely, prepare orders for shipment, load/unload trucks, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Starting pay is $17+ per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits eligible on day one, and 401(k) with company match are offered. A stable, growth-focused team awaits you at ProMach.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Prepare, package, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
• Process inventory transactions and maintain data in company systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and related paperwork.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain shipment logs.
• Coordinate with carriers to support on-time deliveries.
• Process returned goods and route service or repair shipments as needed.
• Assist with stockroom organization and inventory control activities.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, overages, shortages, or substitutions to the Shift Supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
