Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• OSHA forklift operator certification within 30 days of hire.
• Recertification as required by policy and OSHA standards.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to read SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment per OSHA and GMP.
• Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory per SOPs.
• Pull, stage, and transport finished goods to production, shipping, or storage areas.
• Verify item numbers, lot numbers, locations, and quantities during put-away and picking.
• Record inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
• Inspect pallets and equipment; report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe aisles and work areas in the warehouse.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and hazard identification.
