Job summary

New Generation Wellness, a leader in holistic health, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join its Colorado Springs distribution team. The role ensures safe, accurate handling of inventory and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse, following GMP, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify item numbers and quantities, and record movements in our warehouse system while maintaining strict safety practices and a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Obtain OSHA-certified forklift operator certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience in warehouse or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, verify, and store inventory according to SOPs and GMP standards.
• Pull, stage, and move finished goods to appropriate areas in a timely manner.
• Verify item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities during put-away and picking.
• Record inventory movements in NGW's warehouse management system.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe aisles and work areas in compliance with policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and training; observe PPE guidelines.
