Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a safety-conscious Forklift Operator for our San Jose warehouse. You will operate powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and stack materials, prioritizing safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience.
• No degree required.
• Safety-focused with attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and related equipment safely.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound freight using proper protocols.
• Move pallets to designated storage and retrieve from high racks.
• Perform daily pre-shift safety checks and report issues.
• Scan and verify materials in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain clean, safe aisles and comply with safety rules.
