Job&Talent is hiring an Stand Up Forklift Operator for a fast-paced distribution facility in Santa Teresa, NM. You will handle materials safely, operate stand-up forklifts, and ensure accurate inventory movement with RF scanning tools.

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, strict safety adherence, and the ability to pass an on-site forklift evaluation. The shift runs Monday through Saturday with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift experience.
• Able to follow safety rules and operate machinery carefully.
• Must pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move materials through narrow aisles.
• Move, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify product numbers and condition using RF scanners.
• Perform daily pre-operational equipment safety checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, debris-free work area.
