Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator II for its Leonia, NJ facility. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, accurate shipping/receiving, and maintaining organized inventory to support daily warehouse functions.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inspecting equipment, counting inventory, and collaborating with the team to ensure on-time material movement. Overtime may be required; high safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in Manufacturing or Warehousing
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures including Nestlé Life Saving Rules
• English reading/writing/speaking skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Overtime may be required and adherence to SOPs/GMPs

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks and verify shipments
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Organize storage areas and label materials
• Collaborate with warehouse team to coordinate daily activities
• Provide updates and maintain a positive work environment
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned
