Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a forklift operator in Belvidere, NJ, working Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. The role involves sit-down and stand-up forklift operation, loading, unloading, auditing outbounds, and receipts within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Candidates should be trained and certified in safe forklift operation and available for a flexible schedule including overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Trained and certified for safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Flexible schedule availability, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with high accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Maintain a clean environment following 7S standards.
• Support process excellence and adhere to quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
