Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in Monroe, NJ on a 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with overtime as needed.

You will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, load and unload trailers, and maintain a clean, safe workspace to support a fast-paced supply chain. The role requires valid certification, a minimum of 1 year warehouse experience, flexibility for overtime, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 5S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving putaway.
