Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support production by moving materials, loading goods, and maintaining accurate inventory.

The role requires safe forklift operation, attention to FIFO, and adherence to GMP and HACCP standards within a fast-paced production setting. The position runs Days, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday at the Lee's Summit facility, with base pay of $22.00 per hour plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (forklift, SAP, etc.).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment.
• Perform inspections on all equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Move materials, ensure FIFO rotation, and stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Return materials to appropriate locations and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and plant safety policies.
