Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Food Quality Control Technician in Sunland Park, NM. This full-time role ensures products meet safety and quality standards from line to customer specifications.

You will test seasonings and batters, perform checks on weight, length, and thickness, and collaborate with production to drive continuous improvements. The position runs 4:30 am–12:30 pm with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Basic math skills and calculator use.
• Adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure USDA and SOP documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Test seasonings, batters, breading, and marinades for consistency.
• Perform random checks on weight, length and thickness to meet specs.
• Conduct hourly product pickups and metal detection checks; track box weights.
• Enforce GMPs and assist in pre-operational inspections and training.
