Job summary

TIG Distributing Inc in Iowa is seeking a Production Associate to support daily production operations by preparing, processing, packaging, and inspecting products in compliance with GMPs, food safety standards and quality controls. You will work Monday to Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM and perform essential tasks from setup to batch record documentation.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, ensuring product quality, maintaining sanitation, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor production to ensure quality and report deviations.
Perform quality checks on raw and finished products.
Follow GMPs and food safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
Assist in setup, changeover, and cleanup between runs.
Accurately complete production logs and batch records for traceability.
Report food safety or quality concerns to management immediately.
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to meet goals.
Participate in ongoing training related to Food Safety, Allergen Control, HACCP, and Workplace Safety.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
